Dear New Patient,

Dr. Piper Squire and all the staff are very excited about moving to our new offices in the KHOSPACE Wellness Center at 550 SE 6th Ave, Bldg. 200, Delray Beach Fl 33483. This is a unique shared office space setting that is home to a variety of health and wellness professionals.

There are 3 buildings in this plaza, and we are in the center building. Please park in the patient lot in the rear, take the covered walkway to the front, and turn left for the patient entrance. We are #200 (which is posted on the left of the entrance).

When you arrive, there is a tablet stand on the left side of the desk for you to check in (if you did not complete your intake via your On-Patient Portal online). Please call us when you enter the lobby at 561-877-6130. All patients must be escorted by the practitioner whom they are there to see. If you do not have your phone, you can pick up the lobby phone and the building manager will text us that you've arrived.

The lobby is for all patients seeing practitioners at KHOSPACE and is a warm inviting environment to start your visit. Please be courteous to other patients as you walk the hallways by keeping any conversations to a low volume. There may be service animals present at your visit, and you are welcome to bring your certified service animals with you. No pets or firearms are allowed at this facility. You may bring children to your exam if needed as you should not stress over childcare to see your doctor.
